I kinda posted this really stupidly but karma is usually conceptualized as some external consequence of a doing or acting out. Habit is more than just an action it is also a virtual property, in this the action is *had*. An external consequence to an internal logic, action isn't just done but had.
From what I understand while action is definitely true to what is meant by karma I think it should be qualified by action as habitual
