Mifepristone Lawsuit Could Jeopardize National Access to Telehealth Abortion A federal lawsuit led by Louisiana seeks to stop abortion pills from being mailed across the country.

A federal judge in Louisiana could end telehealth access to medication abortion nationwide. 
 
This lawsuit is a blatant attempt to ban abortion. Mifepristone has been safely used for 25 years. It's the most common method of abortion care in America. Women will suffer if access is restricted.

Hypocrisy 101: Let's address the state of reproductive health care. Since your first year back in office, reproductive health care has been gutted. Rights stripped. Funding slashed. Families are left to suffer the consequences.

The Black maternal health crisis is real.

This month, we remember the Black mothers lost to cruel abortion bans and keep up the fight for a reproductive justice future.

I brought the issue of maternal mortality to Congress & will continue the fight.

The Global Gag Rule forces providers abroad to choose between receiving U.S. funds to reach more people or offering full health services.

This rule’s expansion will further strip women and girls of lifesaving health care.

We’re fighting back against this attack on global health.

Yesterday was the 53rd anniversary of Roe v. Wade, and we were with the leadership of @ppfa.org to talk about the fight ahead. 

We stand shoulder to shoulder with the leaders and advocates who refuse to back down in the fight for reproductive justice. Because, healthcare is a human right. 💕

Today is the 53rd anniversary of Roe v. Wade. How are House Republicans celebrating? By voting on bills to further ERODE reproductive freedom and push their extreme, anti-choice agenda.

It’s time to restore Roe and codify reproductive rights for all.

Today would have marked 53 years since Roe v. Wade affirmed the constitutional right to abortion.

Instead, we’re still fighting for the rights generations before us already secured.

I won’t stop until every person has full control over their own body and future.

Roe v. Wade affirmed a simple truth: decisions about our bodies belong to us. A right that was secured—and then stripped away.

On the anniversary of the decision, I recommit to fighting for reproductive freedom and access to care for all.

53 years ago, the Supreme Court affirmed women's constitutional right to make their own reproductive health care decisions in Roe v. Wade. That right was infringed upon when the Court made the drastic & dangerous decision to overturn the landmark case in 2023, sowing chaos & devastation nationwide.
