Okay are we ready to talk about how the witch movie is much much much much much too long?
My hot take is that vilifying “pick me” behaviour is in and of itself a form of girl-on-girl misogyny. The woman’s behaviour she developed to survive the patriarchy is not to blame…as always, it’s the system that taught her she needed to behave that way just to have a chance at happiness or safety.
Just a reminder that Amazon workers are striking tomorrow through Monday, and that none of the “deals” are good enough to justify crossing the picket line.
