Hola, cielos. Empiezo poniendo algunos de mis últimos trabajos por empezar por alguna parte.

The second person next to him doesn't have any flags. The flag holder is shouting "I LOVE MY COUNTRY". The second person says "Great, me too. So let's feed its kids." Flag holder says "No". Second person: "Make sure everyone in it is healthy, safe and educated. Protect them from being exploited. Give them a fair chance." Flag holder: "Pass". Second person: "Protect its nature, its clean air, its rivers, create green jobs and communities, buy local, become energy independent with renewable resources." Flag holder: "Hippy shit." Second person: "Take back control of essential utilities from private monopolies and profiteers." Flag holder: "Nah." Second person: "Strengthen alliances, build bridges, exchange knowledge, help each other." Flag holder, eye rolling: "Yawn." Second person, increasingly exasperated: "Fund its iconic institutions, its culture, arts and letters, the best things it's known for, learn from its real history so we get better." Flag holder: "Woke." Second person: "Ok, what it is specifically that you love about this country? And what have you ever done for it?" They stare at each other. Flag holder, angry: "You HATE your country."

Juana de arco con pelo muy corto, corona de laureles dorada, estandarte y espada. Lleva una capa cayendo de un brazo de aspecto majestuoso. Lleva armadura que refleja muchos colores y está batallada. Sus manos están desnudas y llevan heridas. Mira hacia a un lado, desafiante. Su rostro es adolescente y andrógino.

Voy subiendo mis ilustraciones viejitas aquí. Una que le tengo cariño es esta Santa Juana de Arco. Me gusta muchísimo trabajar en acuarela y lápiz y ya tengo ganas de volver a tener un ratito para hacerlo. Y bueno me flipa pintar metales y armaduras.
