I've found myself thinking about the walkers as I go about my day, and I miss them, now that it's over. Highly recommended for any fans of post-apocalypses and new beginnings.

Currently listening to THEIR EYES WERE WATCHING GOD, and it is a stunning piece of literature. That it's taken me so long to read this is a travesty.

Finished INTO THE DROWNING DEEP, by Mira Grant (aka @seananmcguire.bsky.social) - what a ride! Saw me through some days as cold as the Mariana Trench. Loved the mermaids/sirens - truly horrible, but beautiful in the way sharks are.

Also, Christine Lakin's narration was stellar!
