Some feedback about booking seats as a Southwest credit card holder. It turns out that in order to book a *standard* seat for free, you actually have to click the button for an extra legroom seat, which is not intuitive or user friendly. 1/🧵

I’m sure it depends by organization, but at my non-profit we allow folks to choose whether 1) they want to self-book (eg for credit card points), or 2) use our travel agency to whom we cover any fees. We have a master account that covers hotel lodging.
