That's very true, but surely they can't base every case on what they did to Leeds n Derby a number of years ago times change as do rules. Each case warrants a different perspective, ours being Storch proof of funds and planning to run the club correctly.

One thing about Americans they do love a good ole legal battle, so I imagine they will be getting legal advice.

I see your point that the fans are always the last to know, but see positives in that this is happening possibly down to constraints on the administration and what they can say.

It does say to me that some of the questions that Bord faced have already been answered correctly by Storch, so maybe we are closer than we think.
