PAINTING ARTISTS (THIS IS NON PAID WORK) NEEDED QUALIFICATIONS a.) Can imitate our project's art style b.) Is experienced in digital painting, requiring little edits to fit our style c.) Responds to messages and provides appropriate updates without chasing d.) Can work in a team and communicate problems/delays with their team members respectfully e.) Can keep all unreleased work private from the public f.) Be okay with your work being edited for consistency/polishing PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS a.) Can show Danganronpa CG examples in their portfolio b.) Works with an efficient drawing program like Photoshop or ClipStudioPaint c.) Be at least 16+ d.) Additional background and lighting render skills YOUR TASKS a.) Work with out art lead to create non-spoiler CGs for the game b.) Communicate with your team members effectively.
