So the cashier says they’re going to replace the pizza, offers an apology (thanks) and 10-12 minutes later comes out with….wait for it…
I drive up to the Van Aken (in Cleveland) location where I ordered it, show the staff the receipt and the pizza in the box. Cashier doesn’t say anything to me initially, but takes the box back. I ask if they’re going to replace the pie and mention the fees and tips and time I’ve lost…
Ordered a medium thin crust pepperoni, UE brought a medium regular crust cheese. Kicker is the receipt was right but the wrong pizza in the box.
