This would wind up on my Steam wishlist so fast.

I switched to Fastmail a little over a year ago and I'm just thrilled with the experience so far. Getting out of the Googlesphere completely is going to be a slog, but starting with search and email has been great.

You're right, that is a weird structure. It makes sense for the signing team if they don't want to put the cash up front and aren't worried about immediate cap relief at the time of signing, but I would have expected that to depress Crosby's trade value somewhat for the reason you shared.

Did you each order the color the other preferred so that you can look upon shoes of the correct color?

I was just thinking about how wonderful it is to have a representative who I can count on to vote in line with my values at least 95% of the time. My senators...lol, not so much.

I've been a Chiefs fan for like 40 years, and holy cow they sucked and were terrible to watch this season. That's part of the inevitable cycle of fandom, right? Sometimes your team is just bad.

Seriously. I'm a middle aged dude with decent but not earthshattering professional skills and no generational wealth. I don't exactly have an abundance of other countries lining up to invite me to live there. Also, yeah, my family and loved ones are here, and need my support.

Seconding the Tidal recommendation - I've heard of some folks having issues with the sound quality sometimes, but that's not been an issue for me. I don't have a sophisticated ear, to be honest, so that may legitimately be an issue, just not one that I'm capable of recognizing.

I'm trying to remember, probably 3 series with that setup? Probably the weakest stretch of the show for me. There were some very cool moments that came about because of those constraints, but overall they didn't quite land for me.

The unceasing commitment to their own lack of self-awareness is the closest thing to art that any of those losers will produce.

Does the phrase "first ever year" leave room for a second year, at some point? This project was a fantastically bright spot in one hell of a time. Regardless of what the future holds, I hope you realize just how amazing this work has been.

On the contrary, I believe that many of us give a *lot* of thought to the people who choose to carry out cruel and inhumane actions on behalf of a fascist regime. And I for one look forward to the time when those folks receive the attention they so richly deserve.

I wonder if PP would feel familiar to people playing for the first time now, because it has been so influential on certain types of games since its release. Playing it in 2013 was like, revolutionary, though. I assume there were other games like it before, but I sure hadn't played them.

Season 7 was so good! The memory of Greg taking James aside after his outburst is still one of the funniest 90 seconds of television I can remember. You still have a lot of great casts ahead, too - I'm a bit envious of your opportunity to see them for the first time!

You're absolutely right. I expected it to be MUCH worse, especially once Wanya went down.

Remember early this season when it felt like the team had depth at OT? Those were good times.
