i sometimes get these mental roadblocks about projects where i need to be "free" to work on them, i think its something to do with that flow state you can get into... writing lists and ideas down help me overcome that initial process though and just bruteforce things

what im really trying to say is that i want to be known to people as just "shykitten" instead of "shykitten - VRDJ"
before i got into djing i made a conscious effort to not be known as a VRDJ, i hope ive managed to only let it describe me without defining me. i feel like limiting yourself to one single label makes you play into whatever stereotype it is and kills the "you" part of it, you are no longer really

when looking at event pictures i think the most endearing pictures to look at post-event is ones of the crowd. being able to live through the eyes of someone else is great, maybe they met a new person and got along with them or danced their heart out! either way i feel its the most beautiful photos!
