This is belated but I remember Samantha relating the vision for this bold sequel to "Toy Story" to me once while walking to a local station and it never left my brain. Please please read this one.

“Even masks are becoming difficult to find. This is a huge mistake. I ask those who have the ability, especially foreign media, to reflect on this situation. What are people supposed to do under these conditions? This is truly a crime against humanity.”

Baraa has lost two little daughters to Israel's genocide. Please help her keep her remaining son Ibrahim alive. Bluesky keeps deleting & suspending her so she's been unable to post for herself. Gaza is completely cut off again, & they urgently need help:

PILOT: "BRAT"
AVATAR: "KID CHAOS"
Pure of heart and intent, "Brat" built an Avatar that reflected her teenage OC alter ego - KID CHAOS, the "Wicked Angel". Roleplaying as a tortured antihero who nevertheless saves others, she fights for a brighter future for Sky and Earth.
that's true actually, I do also need to remind myself that these people aren't generally gonna post the responses of people telling them to fuck off, so there's some bias there
cursing bsky's image compression that makes this look better on a phone than desktop
Quote this with your "eye strain" art
I just like to remind folks every so often I've got a blog where I post pictures of paperbacks that I find (and even scans from my collection!). It's my side hobby to also find the names of artists for uncredited covers and share more neat art with others :)

also resented how it was perceived as a good depiction of intergenerational trauma, but look, as someone that does the comic about the sasquatch pissing itself I think i have met my quota for complaining about stuff today
I felt insane when Turning Red came out and people were celebrating 1 milisecond of vague gay representation, as Disney is bravely fighting against the absolutely pitiful standard that it, itself, sets
every now and then I see stuff like this and have to say, again, disney and it's offspring are anti-art entities. You could argue that they produce art and hire artists, but they work against it thousandfold
counterpoint: the best animated films for children are the ones that fuck them up
It’s me, the international woman
Echoing @annijyn.com, buy some art from me, an international woman, on this international women’s day !! 🪿✨

Find them (and more) here: luanawrites.carrd.co
My challenge to all the brands celebrating International Women's Day this year is to name patriarchy. Actually use the word. Don't be scared; give it a try!

A coloured sketch of Eloise Bridgerton and Penelope Featherington. Penelope is behind Eloise, kissing her shoulder and wrapping her arms around her. Eloise is holding on to Penelope’s arms and has a peaceful expression. Eloise is wearing silvery tones while Penelope is yellowy gold. There are accents of crescent moons and stars.
