yeah! 🌈🫂 i was like i keep getting caught off guard by this which makes it another hurdle for going to sessions so maybe telling myself okay this can happen will help! 🌼

i didn't get misgendered! ✨🌈 oh and i have an end date for when the interim psychologist is leaving, end of july! which is longer than i thought and it's so nice for me to have a clear end date! i also asked if we could make the transfer to someone else more smooth and less stressful this time 😆

what if i min max chores + errands before my appointment because i have no idea how i'm going to be after, it's my first one with the temporary psychologist and i'm terrified to the point where i already had to prevent a migraine!

and it's not like i've never tried to challenge myself and invite people but when the hanging out/doing stuff part actually happens to this i go waow x2! 🌼

and i'm such a solo person (to protect myself) with a lot of stuff so when i have a good time with another person and they're kind and considerate towards me and check in with me and my boundaries and actually respect them my brain goes what is happening

which i don't mind with other people at all! i'm just very fragile and nervous people will make fun of me 😵‍💫 and i kind of stagger with longer sentences and i'm really wordy in general lol (and then i worry i'm ultra boring/tedious) but i never thought i could feel so comfortable in a call! 🌻

opening bsky is such a dreadful affair for me after i've been having a good time (which is unheard of for me) these past few days! also i already kind of knew this but i have trouble saying the letter R (team rocket blasting off again!) in words so for example my really turns into more of a weally
