Two days away and we're gutted we have no gig tonight, because gig life is the best life. We love playing but we also adore getting to visit places where original, live music still matters. In a terrible, terrible world, these are cracks where the light gets in.
Big up Half Court who were playing their second gig and turned it out, and later brought the circle pit for us. And our deepest love and affection to the splendiferous Gas Künst who were on absolute FIRE, catch them wherever you can 🔥 🔥🔥
We had a great time chatting records in their record shop The Dog House and were made to feel right at home by our lovely hosts 🥰
Another one of the best gigs yet. The joint was jumping, rammed to the rafters. We made loads of new friends and shifted lots of merch. THANK YOU to everyone who came.
TV FACE gig log - The Salty Dog in Northwich!
After an absolute joyful night in Nottingham we got to Northwich and took several scenic turns of its oneway system before landing at The Salty Dog. What a beautiful place with beautiful people!!
In other news...We stopped in self catering digs, but forgot to put the heating on and nearly froze to death. Which is our own stupid fault 🤪
TONIGHT we're in Northwich with pals Gas Kunst for some Salty Dog shenanigans. En route and raring to go. See you all there, yeah?
One of the best gigs yet. we had a ball, the other bands were all friendly n fuckin brilliant. We award Sonic Masala the TV FACE award for promoting, with special mentions for a superb bill. AND Nick on sound who had read our tech spec 😲 and told Steve to turn his guitar amp up 🥹 absolute scenes.
