The Longest Johns - NEW TOUR 2026

There's two images in this one: the first is a greetings card, closed, next to a bunch of pink tulips. On the outside of the card is very clearly hand-drawn-by-a-child that says "you the best I uv u mommy mothers day happy mothers day" and 'MOM' in big, pink writing cut out from paper. Over the top of this image is the text "Make your mother's day this Mother's Day!" Beneath is a second image showing what's almost certainly the same greetings card now opened, and definitely the same bunch of tulips. Inside the card are two tickets saying "ADMIT ONE". an incredible piece of image compositing, that shows a clip from the Stretch Goals section of the Ends of the Earth kickstarter page, surrounded by stretching cats! In the top left there's a ginger and white cat stretching out one long paw over the text. In the top right there's a ginger cat bent into a right-angle, stretching out on the ground. Then underlining the piece, there's another ginger cat who's one very lomg boi or gal, doing one long stretch. These have been expertly cut out of their respective images and placed into position to appear seamlessly congruent with the rest of the image. This is a lie, it's a slapdash cut-out job.

Shouting hippo is back! The excitable, open-mouthed cartoon hippo, roaring into the void, has some information from the Kickstarter in its open mouth! It says "£52,645 pledged of the £50,000 goal. 924 backers. 29 days to go." Above its head is a green Kickstarter banner saying 'Just funded'. Once again I have to give time to say just how good the artwork is for this album, the detail is incredible and the personality on the expressions of each of the animals is so good.

Don't worry I'll do this one legibly. A photoshopped thumbnail image of the artwork for the film Being John Malkovich, which would ordinarily show a crowd of people all holding up pictures of the actor John Malkovich's face in front of their own. Except here, they're (mostly) all holding up Andy's face instead, apart from two who are holding up Robbie and JD's faces, respectively. It's not particularly clever, but it makes us laugh. Sorry for the inscrutable main post.
