Ah, correction, Jetix was still on air when those toys were at McD's, so maybe they just reran that.
The only reason I doubt so heavily is cause I just remember McD's had Monsters vs. Aliens toys in and I think that came out in 2009, well after Jetix pulled a Jexit.
And I even remembered having a Galaxy Ripple ("Magic Chocolate" I called it) and bringing Cars on DVD with me...
God I loved that place nicknamed "Sick Kids". They actually had a PS2 and Xbox and I remember trying to play BFBB on the Xbox to no avail.
Glad I eventually played it 11 years later. Or was it 12? My memory is fuzzy cause I recall PR Fan Force airing on Jetix around that memory. Strange.

I think the issue is that people are presented with content for "free", or were raised on content that was "free" to them because their parents paid for cable, and what subsided the cost was ads.
Now that people are ad-blocking ads due to their annoyance... erm, what can really make it sustainable?
