trail map route for ome-ikusabata i downloaded wasn't updated. one of the trails was closed so i had to take a long detour. what should have been a 3.5hr hike turned into 4.5hrs.

i had a good day at work!! so i get to draw the hyperfixation as a little treat

teaching myself how to draw again after living for the first time without depression took me around a year of religiously tackling it in therapy and forcing myself to practice every day.

it's hard to explain that even when things get better, you have to teach yourself how to be you again
