Es werden einfach Operationen bescheinigt, damit überhaupt jemand FA werden kann. Weit über die normale WB Zeit hinaus. Weil in 🇩🇪 kaum chirurgische Ausbildung stattfindet.

Beispiel: in der AC wurden für den FA lange Zeit Whipple OPs verlangt. Nur wurden in 🇩🇪 jährlich nie so viele Whipples durchgeführt wie es für die Anzahl neuer FÄ gebraucht hätte.
