Maybe the NHS is shit in a lot of ways but I cannot comprehend that I went to the doctor today and I'm going to a physio on Monday and it's all free. In Ireland, you pay like €70 consultation + €80 for the session. In NYC, I had to pay $350 dollars (with insurance) straight off the bat 😭
