(4/4) Certainly not criticising these interventions but without those everyday, low-pressure moments woven into the fabric of school life too, I wonder whether children get fewer chances to experience this full cycle often enough for lasting impact on their belonging & feeling valued as they are ๐Ÿ’ญ

Iโ€™ve been thinking about which strengths are most visible when people work together and particularly the ones that show up quietly but just as meaningfully. It feels just as true for children as for us as adults, making me think about how we create spaces where every contribution is valued ๐Ÿ’ญ

Really recommend Motivational Interviewing training with @fionacoley.bsky.social and @drcathyatkinson.bsky.social. They bring such humility and warmth, valuing everyoneโ€™s contributions no matter where you are in the learning hierarchy (for me, still at the acquisition stage but Iโ€™m ok with that!) ๐Ÿคฉ
