I had exactly one jumping spider, and she had the biggest, most sociable personality and it broke my heart when she passed because it's so unfair how short their lives are. I love them though, they're all so quirky and sweet and yours sound like precious babies.

Yeah, the stirmi lived in like a 40 gallon and then kinda outgrew that too. 😭 Downsized a lot of my collection because it was pushing 80 unique species at one point, and just have a Lasiodora parahybana now as far as Giant Spiders go.

Mad respect for velvet and jumping spider keepers, they're so fragile compared to a lot of what I'm used to and I'm scared I'd be bad at keeping them alive. They're SO cute and full of personality though.

Highly recommend scorpions. I'd own a few again when I have space.

Theraphosa is such a cool genus, I had a stirmi because that's what I could find here, but apophysis are cool af.

And just wondered if your spidersona was a D fasciatus! The markings were so distinctive.
