A google search result for "pediatric tamiflu dosing". The one on the left from ResearchGate is for 12mg/ml which is an uncommon concentration. On the right is the more common 6ml/ml and it is from Semantic Scholar.

YEARLY TAMIFLU PSA:

If you google "pediatric tamiflu dosing" the first chart in the search results shows the dosing guide for the 12mg/ml suspension. This is not the common commercially available concentration and is completely incorrect. Please use the second one if you're gonna do this.
