Five different coloured posca pencils half over a page of doodled flowers. The pencil colours are light green, dark green, yellow, deep pink and blue. The flowers are hand drawn onto sketch paper. They are a variety of round shapes using the different colours and have light or dark green stems and leaves. There are little insects buzzing around the flowers.
The picture is hand drawn. It is a Giraffe's face. The picture is showing just the right hand side of the face. A lilac-purple background has been shaded in to the right. The Giraffe is yellow-brown with darker brown patches and a mid-brown mane of short hair down it's neck. It has a black-grey nostril and a large white eye with black outline.
Posca do pencils!! So of course I've had to do a little doodling :)

View down the valley next to Honister Slate Mine. There is a stone silhouette figure (sculpture looks like a narrow head and shoulders on a narrow plinth). It is perched on a slate wall and sited between the two hills, as though looking at the view. The sky is light grey and moody looking. The hills either side have brown grasses and rock up them. There is a smaller darker hill in shadow in the distance, in front of the statue.
Honsiter Pass is an interesting place... you have to admit the views nail it!
A regular place to visit in the past, this was a snapshot taken on one of the more drizzly days.
