Same here. I am an early bird and a light sleeper, so getting up in the dark I have no problem but I can’t fall sleep when it’s bright outside.

It also means that most eastern hockey games will start at 5 pm our time, not 4pm. Do Canucks delay their starting time 1/2 hr or an hour later?
Also kids going to school in the dark will be a little scary for everyone unless they delay the school starting time an hour later.
Some people already questioned this decision. We’ll just have to see how it’ll work out. Even for us, eastern time is 3 hr ahead of our time now but by winter, it’s going to be changed to 2 hr difference.
It’s probably a personal survey but did they consult businesses also? They are the ones who have to fork out big $ to change. Airliners and transportation businesses probably will be affected the most.

The problem is only BC changed the time and not our neighbors. It’s going to cause a lot of confusions. We jumped a gun a little too early.
2 Interesting NHL games to watch today, Wilds at Avs and Blackhawks at Stars.
They need to tell him to forget about thinking defence. Attack whenever he can, it’s better keeping the puck in offence zone than wasting energy skating back to defend.
He doesn’t have the killer instinct every superstar possesses. He rather makes a pass than shoots, he spends more energy on defending than playmaking, he prefers preventing a goal than scoring one. He needs to change his mindset.
Our forwards are lost these days as non of them can hang on the pucks for long. Quinn Hughes and Garland are gone. The only guy who has shown potential is Buium but he is still very high risk and inconsistent.
Some rough stuff in Columbus and Utah game today, poor Ian Cole had to fight with tough guy Olivier.
He really needs to join a good old power skating camp in summer. Practice on stop and go, quick turns, and lateral movements. I recommend Quinn Hughes skating camp ( just kidding )
