I highly recommend North Spore. Lots of pro growers depend on them and the quality is unmatched. These are Stropharia rugosoannulata, aka wine caps I grew. They'll keep coming up as long as there's food, wood chips, straw, whatever. If you grow them in gardens, they prefer mostly shade.
Learn the toxic ones first, especially in your area. It narrows it down a lot and there's not that many of them. Most just make you sick, very few will kill you.
