That does suck. I know here you can request paper bills instead, but if you're having mail trouble it's less helpful. If the bills are roughly due the same time each month, maybe put it in your calendar with a reminder? I do it for stuff like when I need to pay rent.

Can you get your bills by email? Or can you maybe get text messages from your provider as well? Unless getting a paper bill is more useful, I just know it's easier for me to keep track of them in my email, especially bc gmail gives me a big reminder next to bills that says "pay bill" lol
