Cant believe we went from Levy to this.
Cant believe we went from Levy to this.
Maybe they can fill some gaps in the squad too
Bloody hell
You must have missed our last game.
Everyone #frankout on here?
Yeah age a factor but if you can get right support network around them it should be fine. Look at Vuskovic. Sometimes you have to take a leap.
Increasingly of the mind that we should send more of these academy players abroad. Whether its netherlands, Belgium or Germany all of our loans have worked out well in the sense that players have got consistent minutes. They seem to value loan players more than lower league clubs in england
USA. A country that thinks itβs impossible to amend an amendment.
Because when ousting a director thats run the place for over two decades, holds a 30% shareholding and is a family member, its not a bad idea to give that decision legitimacy via a third party assessment.
Weβll see. Levy was a big obstacle to a sake because he wanted to remain at the club. That obstacle is now gone.
Same
Hmmm a league where physicality trumps everything does not sound like the right place to develop a smallish 18 year old whose attributes are technical. Physically heβll catch up with time. Important thing is to play and not lose confidence
Hes 18. We shouldnt jump to conclusions either way.
Read somewhere he had lots of options but Rangers were his preference. Club need to be more careful about where we send players. At this age, sending technical players to very physical league is risky.
Parrott a good example. Could have developed quicker had we sent him to Netherlands sooner.
A player like Moore should be sent to Netherlands or Portugal where he can exposed to senior of football without having to compromise the technical side of his game.
Tbh booing at the end of the game after that performance us fine too. But booing during the game when we can still have a positive impact seems wrong and counterproductive
Some were. I know for a fact that some were booing the performance β¦ at half time!
Weβve always been a fairly fickle fanbase but feels like toxicity of past few years has empowered the terminally negative fans.
This is what clubs get for treating fans like consumers, and at spurs theres a wider context, but just because youre treated like a consumer that doesnβt mean you have to act like one. Once that happens, theres literally no point in going.
Posted something on the other app about (a minority) spurs fans increasingly resorting as soon as the team starts struggling and received a number of replies essentially saying βwell i pay lots for my season ticket so can boo if I want toβ.
Keep us updated.π
Amen
Frank can fix him
Parish did what Levy and countless other owners have done in the past. Played two buyers against each other to get best possible deal.
Delaney had reported we were keeping Akliouche in our back pocket a few days ago and now reporting weβre going for him. Sounds good β¦ and cant wait for PSG hijack
Though that raises more uncomfortable questions. We spent a lot of time and effort chasing a player who was the *wrong* profile.
Think weβre short in quality and depth. And weve not upgraded the first team, except for Kudus (having lost Son). If we dont make some very good signings soon all our hopes rest on Frank massively improving the same team that finished 17th last season
I needed this
Had to happen one day. How lucky were we to have him all these years
