BlueSky have exports for MAX_DISPLAY_NAME & MAX_DESCRIPTION in their constants.ts file
But don't use it anywhere?
They just specify a constant in EditProfileDIalog.tsx with the same value instead π§

I wrote about what I've been calling "The Everything Account"
If you're familiar with The Atmosphere, you already know how to get one, and this should hopefully help you explain it to others.
For those of you who aren't, you'll be surprised to know you already have one; here's how you use it:
a sketch of a smartphone with tactile buttons for home/window/back, headphone jack, no AI BS, sim card thingy you can open with your nail, camera that doesn't cover the damn screen, and a 5 inch/127mm screen which is a reasonable size
I wouldn't say I'm massively into phones or anything but I sketched this out of frustration bc why are there no modern phones with these features, it would be so perfect and I'm mad the only ones are old and slow

You know what's really werid about this...

The solution isn't replacing one labeller for another
The solution is to pioneer an actual implimentation
And the At Protocol already has a proper pronouns field for profiles, social-app (BlueSky) simply doesn't show those fields
