The 2026 primary results in Texas by county. What we can see is that Democrats won the primary vote, even when you add Election Day in (Democrats won ~51.5% of Election Day by the way).
Even though primary elections are not always predictive, they are indicative when compared to other primary elections carefully.
Democrats have won the primary vote in Texas in 2026 for the first time in a midterm since 2002. And in all but one cycle since 2010, the general election was bluer.
