So TLDR; give grace, help people learn, and leave your ego in the garbage. Raiding is a team sport.

It made most of our time progging feel bad. I admitted that I wanted to be a better tank for them because I was hurt for not knowing or understanding.

I wanted to give up and let them prog the rest of the fight without me. All because of someone’s inflated ego.

My mistake, while it looked goofy to you, was an opportunity for clarification on an ability that I didn’t know I was using incorrectly, and those ability descriptions sometimes don’t make the most sense. (Plus, percentages, timers, and other numbers are tough to understand)

Plus, raiding is hard. It’s some of the hardest content in the game, especially the Ultimate fights.

I don’t claim to be a perfect tank with a perfect parse or perfect understanding of my bar. The fact that I’m raiding on content is more than I ever thought I’d do.

To be fair, this is my first MMO and I only started raiding seriously last year.

I don’t play the game well, but I get by.

I learned more about how to play in the last year than when I started playing a little over 5 years ago.

Predation prog in UWU with the static today and tomorrow before the new tier, and I had a realization today when a tank in PF called out a mistake I had made regarding an ability I was using:
