The minute the Republican tax bill arrives in the Senate, it should promptly be thrown in the trash.
No way to Medicaid cuts. No way to kicking kids off their health care. No way to pushing seniors out of nursing homes.
Democrats are terrified of primaries.
And that's a mistake.
Vibrant primaries produce better candidates, stronger campaigns, new technology, and a lot of highly engaged activists.
It's good for the party overall—both in 2026 and in 2028.
