Right now on reddit there's a guy inventing a new kind of brick to build his home with and it's going about as well as you can imagine

In The Labyrinth of Time, entering the Ziggurat without a lantern is supposed to show a black screen. However, the developers put in the wrong filename for the black screen, so it fails to render, showing a black screen instead

Inside of Gmail when selecting "Settings" option, select "See All Settings" and scroll to the "Smart features" option to turn this off. Then press the "Manage Workspace smart feature settings" button.

Inside of the Google Workspace smart features window, toggle off both options and select "Save".
