Everyone has had so much time to choose to look at that information. If anyone hasn't, at this point that is willful ignorance.

Because there isn't an explicit law that he couldn't, unless he had been charged with Jan. 6th, then the 14th amendment to our Constitution would have prevented him from running for any office.
Although, right now the #25thAmendment would be enough. He is clearly most unfit to serve.
