Our latest favorite 18xx hit the table again—this time the full version of 1841. I played it slow, focusing on high stock value, and it turned out to be the right strategy. Only one other player kept up; the rest ended in bankruptcy or holding just a single share. What a game!
I first played Bomb Busters at Wargameron and loved it immediately. During winter vacation we tried it with friends — and our card trays worked so well that we turned the setup into an official Cube4Me storage solution cube4me.com/new-tray-set...

We are big fans of the 1841 Lite variant! It plays faster but is incredibly brutal. You never know which opponent's company might suddenly take over yours through mergers and stock purchases. I think this will be the most-played game among our team this year!
