Daisy’s outfits in Mario Kart World are so cute! 😭
Daisy’s outfits in Mario Kart World are so cute! 😭
I am sick and tired of struggling and of my family struggling and everyone I know struggling and all the worst people on the fuckin planet having it easier than any of us will ever know
Undertale still makes me sob every time. I’m able to let out and express so much emotion that I struggle to uncork on my own when I play it or even watch a play-through of it.
Finally compiled one of my Deltarune theories into a ~10-page script! May try to record some audio and put together a rough skeleton either tonight or later on in the week, we’ll see. It was nice to distract myself and get something done, though.
If Dess IS The Knight, I suppose the greater question is, why and how is Dess the Knight? What is Carol’s motivation for the conspiracy with Kris if Dess is an active, knowing operative in it?
Technically, we never see this person overpowering Undyne in the Light World, though. They snatch Undyne in the Dark World, and by the time Kris and Susie emerge, Susie just says she “sees someone” and she claims they took Undyne into the Shelter.
I don’t know when or how it gets better from here.
I need it to.
But I just don’t see it right now.
Today feels like my entire life is imploding upon me.
Dess!Knight still has, to me, glaring issues of freely moving around and overpowering Undyne in the Light World; though every candidate seems incapable of the latter.
I like the idea that Asriel is The Roaring Knight.
The only problem is, I love the idea that Asriel is the character from the UNUSED monologue in the code.
same, same
I guess I’m a little bit of a basic edgy dork, but man, Shadow Generations rules! They really nailed down all the aspects of Shadow’s character that make him so appealing and concentrated it into these levels. Give me more of this please! 😭
Hundred Line is fantastic! ✨
Gosh, I’ve got to get back to this series and actually play through VLR! 😭

Sephiroth
Caught Moltres today!
I also hunted down Electabuzz because I didn’t get one on my first trip to the Power Plant.
Now I’ve just got to grind out some evolutions; I just got Dewgong and Haunter. Next up are Rapidash and Rhydon!
FireRed update!
I’ve got all 8 gym badges, and I’ve caught 86 Kanto-region Pokémon! I’ve got a couple of ‘mons to hunt for, but most of what’s missing are exclusives/evolutions.
I caught Articuno and Zapdos tonight, too. I want to finish the trio with Moltres before I head to the Indigo Plateau.
Hi, Stella. It’s everyone
She just wants meat and potatoes and bread! She’s just like me fr.
I’m just starting Attack on Titan for the first time today — yes, I’m late to everything — and I adore Sasha Blause. Best girl.

I apologize if I inundated your feed with my Deltarune theory-posting! 😅
I’m headed off to bed now, I hope you’re all doing wonderful. ✌️
This is all on a tangent to a certain extent, but my point is, I don’t necessarily understand who or what benefits from the treatment of Noelle in the Weird Route; because it doesn’t seem to be Kris or December. Sure, I guess we can just chalk it up to Gaster, but only because he’s so amorphous rn.
Plus, Gerson tells her she’s “the dragon,” right? He may have been speaking in terms of Dragon Blazers, but the prophecy as he recites it literally references “the dragon” in Chapter 1 like it’s a separate entity from the heroes; and the game’s title implies the dragon gets blazed at some point…
Many others have already pointed out the idea that Susie might not be the girl from the prophecy, right? I think the game has certainly left things vague enough for that disappointment and misdirection to pan out narratively.
This whole Kris/Dess idea also fits nicely with the framing of the prophecy; “the cage, with human soul and parts” and “the girl with hope crossed on her heart,” right? Her heart is put in the cage with the hope that it will be saved. And “At last, was the girl” would then refer to her return…
It’s easy to say it’s the Player, summoned by some demonic deal made with Gaster – but I still tend to think that there’s some figure or being we control diegeticly rather than truly inserting us, the Player, into the world.
Maybe there are three entities, and Kris and Dess share control of the body when the soul is removed; then Kris pummeling the soul in the Holiday’s bathroom is recontextualized as a protective beating just like Dess would have given Kris back in the day. But what is the third entity, then?
