I struggle. Currently I'm not mentally able to take in the political horror. With the way my bubble posts on Facebook, that mostly works. I want to leave Facebook but cannot be here either atm, because it's very political. Which is necessary! And at the same time, I want the personal, the escapism.
Coffee review: My partner gave me ALL the decaf for christmas, so that I can find my favourite. ❤️
So far, this espresso is in the lead: Flavour profile is "classic": Strong, not too fruity, no typical "decaf" taste at all. Works both as a shot and Latte. 10/10

Over the last months, I managed to take in news without it being overwhelming or scary. I think from this weekend on, I'll give myself a minimum of 2 weeks break. And then catch up with podcasts that give context instead of breathless manic news updates.
