Ruth, the egg just morphs into a yummy smoothness, and the booze mellows! It’s a fab drink, though very rich so I just have it in a champagne saucer because that’s a perfect amount. Forget the eggs and think of it as being the same consistency as Baileys, though boozy enough to blow your socks off😂

Okay, but it's not. It's rich, delicious, and very, very boozy - but die to maturing in fridge, the booze mellows. It's like the drink equivalent of a cwtch.
