Off in the oven and adding cheese to pasta bake ..
Anything that is all in one pan, needs no supervision or time. I cheat and buy chopped frozen veg for the week to remove that time element too! Freezer to pot, spices and seasoning and switch one. Only cooking is oiling jackets and placing garlic bread dumplings things on top of the chilli to brown
Stock pot chilli with garlic bread as dumplings - overnight no hassle and no pots n pans. Pasta bake - again one dish meal. Roast veg n cous cous bake.. one pot. Moroccan stew with chick peas and sweet potatoes in the slow cooker... Shepherds pie. Jacket potato and curry cooked overnight
Love this! I have used the same Christmas list for years now. I have a wee folder with various meals for the run up to Christmas all stored. Life saver every year πβ¨
We are so excited by the Time & Space expressions of interest that are landing in our inbox!

A stick is held upright at an angle to show its underside is covered in Splitgill mushrooms, one stacked above the next, each of them radiating gills from their center, above a leaf covered forest floor Photo by me #mushroomsky #fungifriends
Here are some nice mushrooms
