If gender were the immutable biological reality they claim to believe it is, they wouldn't need to spend so much energy policing it like this.
It's not enough to prevent hormonal transition, they want to enforce gender stereotypes now, claiming they are divinely ordained despite the fact that the bulk of them come from an idealized version of the 1950s and are ridiculously ahistorical even within the limited western context.
