This was the peak of my game design abilities
Each pack is a playable 11-card game where 2/3 players build a face-down sandwich and then flip it over (SURPRISE!), executing the cards top to bottom. Biggest appetite number in-hand wins
Also 2 ingredients in every pack are random SURPRISE cards. There are SUPER RARE ones you can hunt for lol
