Including downstairs, yeah I think so but don’t recall eating at them. Panna II was a regular haunt but I hazily recall that sometimes ordered delivery from the other upstairs one because it was more reliable.
Used to eat here regularly in the late 1990s. You’d come up the stairs and both restaurants — similarly packed and colorful — would open their doors trying to lure you in, so every time you chose it felt like you were breaking someone’s heart.
