As usual my Apple Music is curated differently. What’s surprising to me is that this year I appear to have used Apple Music more. Anyway the Fantastic Four and Superman soundtracks ruled my life this year.

Unsurprisingly K-pop Demon Hunter took over. Tanakori Nishikawa sneaked his way back into my listening habits, and still consistently very very much like Milet.
What the heck, it’s already December.
This mean it’s time to enjoy stats made frik data harvesting heck yeah.

Funny enough, I didn’t love it as much as I would have liked the first time because I somehow had made a movie in my head prior to seeing it and I guess it wasn’t that. But letting go of it made me appreciate the second watch so much more!
It just occurred to me that I haven’t talked about movies on social media in a long time, so I should say that I really loved Superman. I’ve seen it twice in theatres and I’m probably gonna see Fantastic Four at least twice as well because I really enjoyed it too.
- omniscient reader… oh boy. Look it’s not good, but thought it was ok. I’ve only read the webtoon… and honestly I’ve seen worse live action adaptation. It’s currently getting beat up by fans online, and I can’t fault them for it.

It’s that time of year where fantasia is back in town, so I did a triple movie feature today.
- ChaO was really nice, very chaotic but beautifully animated. Overall charming.
- Ya Boy Kongming! Movie was aight, but chockfull of cameo, guests stars and the second half of the movie is a music fest.

Anyway the new Jurassic World is fun, and not completely sauceless unlike the previous ones with World in the title.
I hope I’m wrong but as a Nolan fan, I have zero confidence in what that movie is going to do.
I’ll be so happy to be wrong however.
So, I saw Nolan’s Odyssey teaser that is playing before Jurassic World, and uh… it made me kinda sad that everybody slept on last year’s The Return. It wasn’t exactly the greatest movie but the acting was incredible, and I just don’t really believe Matt Damon has the same gravitas as Ralph Fiennes.
