Statement from the UK Government: "Since hostile activity does not require any knowledge or tasking by a foreign state, the phenomenon of double-ignorance could arise. I think its worth it to learn python first; I tried learning C# and GDscript off the bat when I started, but in the end it just hindered me, because I didnt really understand how to structure a program.
