Had a kid from a placement I did for school 2 years ago roll down the car window to say hello to me and ask how I was/if I remembered him. Felt pretty good because I didn't think I left much of an impression during my placements but someone wanted to roll down their window 2 years later.

Yeah, it's pain. Canada is going right next election too. Right-wing dominate the media and too many people believe anything they see. It doesn't help that the US funds the majority of major Canadian media too so it's Republicans influencing it. Honestly, I have very little hope for NA at this point
I hate being political but it's so frustrating that some regions/countries in Europe have shown how to create a healthy, happy, and affordable country. However, in North America, we continue to steer in the opposite direction and see those nations' policies/ideas as horrible things.
I am guessing there is no way to get in Canada? Doesn't let me continue if not American.
