Thank you for coming here and saying this, or I wouldn't have realized I'd fallen for AI fear mongering. My original question was more to do with the resolution of the image and then I fell hook, line, and sinker for "it looks like AI to this computer and my eyes, so it must be" which. Bad.

Well I certainly don't trust those scanners now! And feel kind of bad for accidentally dragging the artist. I just assumed they combined things oddly (which I suppose can also still be true).
I stand incredibly corrected. I thought it was just a matter of them using PNGs from different sources.
