I was originally bummed that I don’t have any planned reviews this month but it’s giving me the opportunity to fully immerse myself in some games and I didn’t realize how much I needed that. Rolled credits on Hades 2, started Resident Evil 9, enjoying Marathon WAY more than I expected to.

Totally agree. Planning on going back to act 3 once the DLC comes out. Took about 50 hours to finish act 2 so just taking a brain break

ZA is fantastic! And I just finished act 2 for Silksong! Both amazing games

After 49 nights, my task in Hades 2 is complete. I adored this game. Never thought I’d make it close to the end. I loved the original but never got close to completing it. An exceptional Switch 2 game that I wrapped up just in time for my wife to seize it for Pokopia 😂

You know how many concurrent players my favorite games peaked at on Steam? I don't know cause I don't care and neither should you!

It looks cool? Play it. End of story.

For the life of me I couldn’t tell you what they tweaked in Marathon from those first playtests to now but my god did they tweak the right things

The game is only like 10 hours long btw. It's okay to have AAA games be that length.

I got the job! 🥹 Thanks for the well wishes 🙏 it’s an internal position at my current company but it’s completely different work on another team that I think will really resonate with me. A small pay bump doesn’t hurt either!

I would also love to see Nintendo games everywhere but to my knowledge they’ve never done that. Not that that excuses anything but they aren’t actively jerking around players
