In the early 20th century, the oligarchs were taxed at a high rate AND went above that and donated funds to build libraries, hospitals and places of arts. We have Carnegie libraries up here. Today's oligarchs are taxed less then poor working people and greedier then ever! 🖕

The Bay of Green Bay is the largest freshwater estuary in the world and has a lot of nutrients conducive to feeding small fish. Perch, walleye and smallmouth fishing have been excellent all along the bay for years.
