CEAS Reform: Tightening of EU Asylum Law. Mandatory fast-track procedures at external borders categorize by origin rather than individual merit. This erodes the right to asylum anchored in the Law. "Asylum procedure detention" effectively turns facilities into detention camps—even for children.
