France womenβs day march called out the US Israel war of aggression in Iran:
βDonald Trump, get lost, Iran doesnβt belong to you.β
I am not sure if itβs understood how much the US is losing this war and how terrifying that is because of what the US might do.
Had to doublecheck the date on this
What could possibly explain the intensity of Western interest, over the past century and more, in this region?
Trump, having divine visions, a demon touches his shoulders, whispers "invade Iran and then Cuba"
Beijing calls for Iran's sovereignty to be respected and demands 'immediate stop to military operations' in Middle East.
Well that's interesting.

Difficult to tell from acting ABC Israel Correspondent Bridget Rollason's report today, but Israel and the US attacked Iran, not the other way around.

Spain to Trump: "Spain opposes this catastrophe β¦ governments are there to improve people's lives β¦ not to worsen them .. it is absolutely unacceptable that leaders who are incapable of fulfilling this task use the smokescreen of war to mask their incompetence $ line the pockets of a select few."
Itβs not just an illegal war. That would be bad enough.
Today, the Albanese government clearly admitted they gave our support to a war, without even knowing why it was launched.

I bang on about this cos the normalisation of racism in political discourse (One Nation, Coalition, Labor in hot pursuit), mainstream media, and the cowardly silence of public institutions is taking us closer to the ugliness in the UKπ

Blowing things up, kidnapping and killing foreign leaders, is good because it's Doing. Considering the consequences of Doing would be Thinking, which is weak and woke

Clashes between Bahrainβs dictatorship and protesters. Angry crowds are calling for the removal of US bases and troops from the country.

We now see you for what you are. The three war parties: One Nation, the Coalition and Labor who have never seen a US war they don't want to back in. Millions of Australians disagree with you. They want a government of principle, they want a government of peace.
"Every gun that is made, every warship launched, every rocket fired signifies, in the final sense, a theft from those who hunger and are not fed, those who are cold and are not clothed."

Channel 4 reporter Kermani to the Israeli Foreign Ministry Spokesperson, Israel is shocked to have their propaganda disrupted:
"The Iranian regime have done terrible things, but your Prime Minister is a wanted war criminal. You don't have the moral high ground here at all."
Really can't be left unacknowledged that every single state in the region that houses US military personnel, except for maybe two, do so against the will of the supermajority of their own public's opinion but it does not matter because most of these states are US backed dictatorships.
βI was called a traitor by my own community for asking a single question. I grew up in a Shah supporting family. Upper class Iranians who left after the revolution. I was raised a monarchist. I believed all of it. What turned me wasn't propaganda or the regime. The moment I started asking questions on the issue of foreign policy and wether the Shah should have power. That's all it took. Suddenly I was a traitor, an Islamist, a hezbollaists, a regime supporter. From people I grew up with.β ThatPandaz @ThatPandazz
βThat's when I realized this movement isn't about Iran. It's about a fantasy. A version of Iran that only exists in the heads of people who left 45 years ago and never updated their understanding. That's why when you ask them questions you're an Islamist, show them data and it's fake, disagree and you don't care about Iranians. Because their beliefs don't hold up to scrutiny, it's built on lies. Any movement that can't survive a single question isn't a movement. It's a cult. Iranians deserve better than a regime that kills them AND better than a diaspora that would sell them out for a photo op with a flag and a vacation. You can't claim to love Iran while cheering on the people who want to bomb it. You can't claim to speak for Iranians while attacking every Iranian who disagrees with you. And you definitely can't claim to want freedom while demanding everyone falls in line or gets called a traitor.β ThatPandaz @ThatPandazz
