A lithopane of "Playing it safe" by Tenzing, one of my favorite porn works of all time btw. The pane is lit from behind by yellow light which makes it look almost sepia, and most of the original shades of grey and highlights come through quite well. The text is unreadable, printed at about half of the resolution that would probably be required for readable text of this size. the minimum depth was set too low, so the white parts are a little too thin and the black parts are a little too thick. It still looks kinda great tho, ngl. her balls and cock came out super well!! even if the highlights look a little fucked up close. The image still looks hot and gorgeous even with unreadable text.

For rendering I like to use a full range of edge harnesses from sharp to lost edges). I also exaggerate the core shadows slightly just to make the shading pop and give it that vividly 3d look

I lay the figure in using a mix of the Reilly method (for proportions/ gesture) and Bridgman (for structure/ anatomy

Then I shadow map with an emphasis on good shape design and simplifying and or embellishing anatomy/ 3d structure
